The Ultimate Fighter 12′s “Bruce Leroy” Alex Caceres will drop to 145-pounds to make his UFC debut against WEC vet Mackens Semerzier at UFC Fight Night 24 on March 26 in Seattle, according to MMAjunkie.
Caceres (4-2) earned back-to-back wins on TUF 12 before falling to Michael Johnson in the lightweight quarterfinals, then an injury forced him out of his scheduled debut against Nam Phan at The Ultimate Fighter 12 Finale earlier this month.
Semerzier (5-3) upset Wagnney Fabiano in his WEC debut before going on to lose three-straight, but earned a shot in the UFC after coming up short in a split decision to Cub Swanson in the “Fight of the Night” at WEC 52 in November.
