Daley (25-9-2) topped Jorge Masvidal earlier this month in Shark Fights for his second-straight win since being dropped by the UFC after a May loss to Josh Koscheck, while Smith (17-7) lost a rematch to Cung Le in May after upsetting the former champ in December.
