I have an LG Optimus Prepaid Android Phone and recently upgraded my phone plan to the Beyond Talk plan. I went on the road and wanted to have internet access and couldn’t depend free wifi. For $25, I get 300 minutes and unlimited messaging, text, data, and web access. The connection for me has been very good.
I will probably downgrade back to my previous plan but at a higher rate since I won’t need the same access. At home, I simply use my wifi for the phone. The wifi is definitely much faster than my data connection. I started using my cell phone recently just to burn the 300 minutes and not let it go to waste.
After this month, I will switch back to using the magicJack: PC to Phone Jack. After owning the LG Optimus V for a few months, I am happy to report the phone still is awesome. I am tempted to buy another one for my wife at these low prices.
