Waka Flocka Flame is on a roll with his breakout videos for "O Let's Do It" and "Hard in Da Paint." Now, the upstart ATL rapper is set to premiere his latest clip, "No Hands," featuring Roscoe Dash and Wale.

Waka recently shot the visuals in Atlanta.

"The concept is just girls, sexy women," he told MTV News " 'No Hands,' we in the club, we in our party, we in our zone. It's about the women. She's sexy, she's elegant. We just went from there."

The track is featured on the rapper's forthcoming mixtape, Flockaveli, set to drop October 5. DJ Holiday will helm the effort. The Brick Squad member said "Homies," "Brick Squad Parties" and "For My Dawgs" are other potential hits in waiting.

It's been a good year for the Gucci Mane protg so far, even scoring a nomination for the title of MTV News' "Hottest Breakthrough MC."

Back in February, Waka explained the method to his madness, saying he doesn't spend much time thinking about his writing.

"I'm not going lyrical, hard in the studio," he said. "It ain't time for me to do that. This ain't no album; this is my mixtapes. Why I gotta go spend 30 hours [writing rhymes] off of a mixtape? Then I got other people dissing me for saying that. You crazy. You giving me that much time out of 24 hours, you not doing your job. That's my word to you."

Are you looking forward to Waka's "No Hands" video? Let us know in the comments!

'Well, there are three Jonas Brothers versus one Bieber ...,' co-star Chloe Bridges reasons.

Demi Lovato told us recently that the littlest Jonas brother, Frankie, has swag like Justin Bieber. And as it turns out, the elder Jonas Brothers, namely Joe, Kevin and Nick, and Justin Bieber are all known for something they have in common, and we're not talking about their bustling careers. We're referring to their incredibly famous and all-important heads of hair. While Bieber is known for his signature swoop, the brothers Jonas are recognized for their curly mops.

This fascinating paralell raised a question: Who has better hair, the Jonas Brothers or Justin Bieber? Their "Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam" co-stars weighed in on this battle for the ages.

"I'm friends with the Jonas Brothers [and] I do have to see them later on, but I know that Bieber has this whole thingy, the swoop thingy," Jasmine Richards pondered. "I'm gonna have to say Jonas Brothers only 'cause their hair's great. ... But Bieber ... can I be in the middle?"

Nick Jonas' "Camp Rock 2" love interest, Chloe Bridges, compared the decision-making process on this issue to choosing a favorite summer sweet. "Well, there are three Jonas Brothers versus one Bieber. So I don't know," she explained. "They might win, however, they both have good hair. It's hard to say. It's like vanilla versus chocolate — do you like the straight or the wavy? It's like ice cream flavors."

Anna Maria Perez de Tagle seemed to have the decision locked: "Oh, the Jonases, for sure! I mean, they all have different hairstyles, which is awesome," she said. "Justin Bieber has the one hairstyle. For sure, the brothers!"

Who do you think has better hair, Justin Bieber or the Jonas Brothers? Tell us in the comments!

'True Blood' Star Alexander Skarsgard Ready To Board 'Battleship'

'True Blood' Star Alexander Skarsgard Ready To Board 'Battleship'

'It's quite different from the board game, obviously,' he tells MTV News.

LOS ANGELES — With the third season of "True Blood" wrapping up in the next few weeks (the season finale airs September 12 on HBO), Alexander Skarsgrd fans will have to resign themselves to the fact that the striking Swede will not return to TV screens until 2011. The good news, however, is that due to his standout performances on the show, Hollywood has taken notice and signed him up for several upcoming projects.

One that we've been keeping close tabs on here at MTV News is "Battleship," based on Hasbro's beloved board game. The nostalgia factor alone is enough to make us want to see this film, but the cast — including Skarsgrd, "Friday Night Lights" breakout Taylor Kitsch, Rihanna and supermodel Brooklyn Decker — is eye-candy icing on the cake.

When we caught up with Skarsgrd at HBO's Emmy afterparty on Sunday, we asked him what he thinks about being in a film based on a board game.

"I don't really think about that very much. It's quite different from the board game, obviously," he said with a smile. "Pete is a great guy — the director, Peter Berg — and I'm just excited to start it, I really am." Skarsgrd added that he flies to Hawaii this week to begin production.

Asked whether the film will feature any gratuitous shots of him and his co-stars running around battleships, looking pretty with big guns, Skarsgrd was unsure. "I play a commander of one of the destroyers in the Navy, so, that's a big gun," he offered.

The topic of big guns brought up the current 3-D trend — will fans get their first three-dimensional look at Skarsgrd in the flick? "No," he said. "I don't think so."

"Battleship" is set for release May 25, 2012.

Check out everything we've got on "Battleship."

The new credit card offers avoid the 2009 Card act

Most of your credit cards probably had their terms of agreement changed before the 2009 Card Act went into effect.  That was a logistical move expected by credit card companies.  Now they have a new plan to skirt the law.  They are sending out credit card solicitations not covered by the Act.

WSJ:

Until recently professional cards largely had been reserved for small-business owners or corporate executives. But since the Card Act was passed in March 2009, companies have been inundating ordinary consumers with applications. In the first quarter of 2010, issuers mailed out 47 million professional offers, a 256% increase from the same period last year, according to research firm Synovate.

The Card Act’s strictures have squeezed banks’ profits and their ability to operate freely. By moving cardholders out of protected consumer credit cards and into professional cards, banks might recoup some of the revenue they have lost...

'Takers' Star Idris Elba Reveals Secret To Being A Beloved Bad Guy

'Takers' Star Idris Elba Reveals Secret To Being A Beloved Bad Guy

'I bring a twinkle, like he's smiling all the time,' actor tells MTV News.
By Shaheem Reid

Photo: Jeff Vespa/ WireImage

A few weeks ago, Idris Elba was in Beverly Hills, sitting next to Hayden Christensen, who played one of the most iconic movie bad guys of all time: Darth Vader. When it comes to memorable desperados, however, Elba has more than his share of experience.

While fans feared Vader and cheered for his demise, Elba played one of the most-loved baddies in the past decade: Stringer Bell, the street-savvy master manipulator from "The Wire." In his new film "Takers" — which also stars Christensen, T.I., Paul Walker, Michael Ealy and Chris Brown — Elba is back at it as Gordon Jennings, the leader of a crew of bank robbers. But once again, you will cheer for him.

As Matt Dillon and Jay Hernandez's detectives get hot on the Takers' trail, you'll find yourself eating popcorn, drinking your soft drink and keeping your fingers crossed that crime really pays off for the villains. So what's Elba secret for making fans back his roles when he's on the wrong side of the law? It's all in the eyes.

"There's something about gangsters or criminals that can look you in the eye," he told MTV News. "I always try to implement that into my characters. When me and Tip are doing a standoff, I'm looking him dead in the eye. As always, with Gordon, I bring a twinkle, like he's smiling all the time. He's got a Caribbean feel to him. I think audiences warm to that with the bad guy."

"Takers" hit theaters Friday (August 27). Elba, who's also a DJ, announced on Twitter that his "Takers" mixtape is done.

Who do you think plays the best beloved bad guy? Let us know in the comments!

'The Last Exorcism': The Reviews Are In!

'The Last Exorcism': The Reviews Are In!

Critics praise the film's story and actors, but not everyone is impressed.
By Eric Ditzian

Ashley Bell in "The Last Exorcism"
Photo: Lionsgate

Not all of us on the MTV Movies team are horror fans. Some have admitted in public that knife-wielding maniacs and rivers of blood freak us out.

What a delight, then, to find "The Last Exorcism." Though, honestly, there is nothing delightful about this low-budget flick, which delivers plenty of tense jolts and sweaty-palmed anticipation, forcing us scaredy-cats to hide our eyes. It's just that "Last Exorcism" is such a delightful surprise.

The film is a character-driven drama tethered to everyday reality by its faux-documentary style. The disillusioned preacher, the frightened small-town teen — these are people to whom we can relate, for whom we can come to care. We'll take this sort of horror flick any day over the torture porn of something like "Hostel" or the paint-by-numbers scares of so many ongoing franchises.

Not everyone agrees. The film has received largely positive reviews, but many dissenters remain. Still, "Last Exorcism" is expected to compete with the crime thriller "Takers" for the #1 spot at this weekend's box office. Here is what the critics are saying about "Last Exorcism":

The Story
"[The film is a] portrait of preacher Cotton Marcus (smoothly played by Patrick Fabian). Having performed fake exorcisms since he was a child, the clean-cut family man, undergoing an apparent crisis of conscience, is planning to cop to the 25-year charade by letting a documentary crew in on all the tricks of his trade. But soon after they show up at the rural Louisiana home of a strict fundamentalist farmer (Louis Herthum), it becomes readily apparent that his tormented, wide-eyed teen daughter (an impressive Ashley Bell) is going to require much more than just sideshow sleight of hand." — Michael Rechtshaffen, The Hollywood Reporter

The Performances
"Both Fabian and Bell are outstanding. Yes, Marcus is kind of a creep, preying on the beliefs of others for his own gain. But Fabian makes him likable anyway, someone who's willing to take us inside the game, even if it's at his own expense. His character loves the camera, and it returns the feeling. Fabian makes him a show-off but not a boor. Bell is even better. How could a girl this sweet do the things for which she's supposedly responsible? Is she really possessed? Is she disturbed? Sometimes a simple smile can more thoroughly creep you out than all the head-spinning and pea-soup puking in the world." — Bill Goodykoontz, The Arizona Republic

The Scares
"The suspense is finely crafted. 'The Last Exorcism' doesn't rely on cheap shock effects but locates scares in weird images — many of which cut deep because the camera is caught out of position, or isn't in focus, or is far from the action. Director Daniel Stamm stimulates the imagination rather than shunt it aside: The horror genre is all about exercising restraint in the presence of the unrestrained." — Kyle Smith, New York Post

The Dissenters
"The pieces are all there: Marcus' desire to atone for decades of bamboozling, the utterly screwed-up Sweetzers, weighty questions about the costs of spiritual solace delivered cheaply or disingenuously. But despite mostly solid performances (particularly by Fabian, who quickly gets you rooting for the slick Marcus) and a satisfying, slow-building tension, things fly apart rather than come together. It's like director Daniel Stamm and his crew realized they were treading awfully close to making a film with real depth and edge that horror audiences might hate, and they just couldn't pull the trigger. This explains a final sequence that spectacularly squanders all the potentially stimulating material from the previous 86 minutes. There may once have been a good and a bad film fighting for the soul of 'The Last Exorcism,' but in its final moments, cinema's dark forces triumph emphatically." — Jesse Singal, The Boston Globe

The Final Word
"Possessed by suspense, talent, brains and a gothic sense of humor, 'The Last Exorcism' makes first-rate use of religious doubt and religious extremism to concoct a novel horror-thriller clever enough to seduce unbelievers while satisfying the bloodlust of its congregation/fanbase. While spasmodic handheld camerawork has become increasingly tiresome as a shock device-cum-convention, it's deployed here with enormous restraint and skill by d.p. Zoltan Honti, and helmer Daniel Stamm knows when to trim the visual frills and stick to the demonic vs. the divine. Expect collection plates to fill up for the August 27 release, and to hear hosannas from Lionsgate." — John Anderson, Variety

'Avatar: Special Edition' Cheat Sheet: Everything You Need To Know

'Avatar: Special Edition' Cheat Sheet: Everything You Need To Know

Get ready to return to Pandora with our updated cheat sheet!
By Eric Ditzian

"Avatar"
Photo: 20th Century Fox

On December 18, 2009, MTV News published our first "Avatar" cheat sheet, pulling together years' worth of newsy updates, interviews, video, sneak peeks and more. A month later, as the 3-D blockbuster headed into what would become the fifth of its seven straight weekends at the top of the box office, we reloaded our "Avatar" cheat sheet because audiences couldn't get enough of James Cameron's alien epic.

Now, "Avatar" is coming back again in a special, 3-D-only version, so our cheat sheet is getting the three-peat treatment. A lot has happened in these last, Pandora-free months. Here's everything you need to know about "Avatar: Special Edition."

After the Oscars
While "Avatar" triumphed at the box office, it undoubtedly disappointed at the Oscars, winning three categories but losing Best Picture and Best Director to "The Hurt Locker." But by that point, Cameron was already looking ahead, hinting at plans that he would re-release the film, enhanced with fresh footage, later in the year.

"Well, here's what's in discussion, and it's not locked in yet," Cameron told us a few weeks later. "After the DVD release [of 'Avatar'], we're going to do a theatrical re-release toward the end of the summer, into September. Because there were a lot of people who still wanted to see the movie in IMAX 3-D that didn't get a chance to do it. We were still playing very strongly in 3-D theaters until a lot of our 3-D theaters went by contractual agreement to 'Alice in Wonderland,' " Cameron told us a few weeks later. "So we know people still want to have that theatrical experience. We actually think that the home experience and the theatrical experience can coexist."

Not until July, though, was the official announcement made: "Avatar" would return to theaters on August 27, exclusively on Digital 3-D and IMAX 3-D screens.

Returning to Pandora
Why even take "Avatar" back to the cinema? Producer Jon Landau explained it thusly: "This is just about appealing to two groups of people: one are fans of the movie that want to return to Pandora, and two are people that have never seen the movie. I can't tell you how many people have said to me, 'Gee, I never got to see it, and then it was out of the theaters.' It's about servicing those two groups."

The big question for both those groups headed into the re-release was what new footage Cameron would include. We already knew the DVD would eventually deliver a slew of extra footage. But what would Cameron fix up and deliver?

Star Sam Worthington tossed us some hints in July. "There are several different hunts that the characters go on, there's a sex scene that everyone keeps talking about that is going to be unique," he said. "There's a lot of other stuff to do with the Na'vi. And there is also a lot of other live-action stuff that got taken out as well because of time constraints and at the time not knowing if the movie was going to be successful or not."

The Things They Left Behind
After we'd all done enough speculating, Cameron himself delivered some solid info earlier this month. "There's a pretty powerful emotional scene at the end, which is Tsu'tey's death ... which happens off-camera in the original release," he said. "[In the original film] he kind of falls off the back of the shuttle, and that's the last that you see of him, but here we follow through. We have this emotional scene with Jake [Sully] and Neytiri and some other Na'vi that gather around him in the forest," Cameron said. "Incorporating that footage back in was a no-brainer.

"The alien kink scene?" he added. "It's been restored, every last frame of it. Seriously. I would say, just so that we correctly manage people's expectations," he explained carefully, "it does not change our rating at all. I would call it more of an alien foreplay scene. It's not like they're ripping their clothes off and going at it."

Octagon Buzz Predicts UFC 118 Fight Card

UFC 118 is right around the corner, with a quality fight card in store for those who either prder the pay-per-view or attend the event in person at TD Garden in Boston, MA.

Again, it is time for yours truly, Stephen Rhodes, to make some picks on the ten bouts taking place this Saturday. As always, it will not be easy (save for perhaps the Couture-Toney bout); nonetheless, I’m going for it.

Below are my picks, including the bout’s participants, a brief narrative and my selection to win for that particular fight. Without further adieu, here I go:

PRELIMINARY CARD

Mike Pierce vs. Amilcar Alves: Methinks that this one will not go to the judges. Alves has not fought this year while Pierce fought and won in a VERSUS event back in March. I think that Pierce will counter the BJJ of alves with some good ole- fashioned ground-and-pound; as a result, the ref will end this one early. Pierce, TKO, mid-1st ro...
