'Glee' Stars Tease 'The 3D Concert Movie' - In Song!

'Glee' Stars Tease 'The 3D Concert Movie' - In Song!

Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Cory Monteith and more give MTV News their very own musical preview of what to expect at the theater.

Before we get to the nuts and bolts of "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie," it's worth noting that the cast of "Glee" may be the most hardworking group of actors in the business right now. They work almost year-round, filming and promoting the hit TV show and taking three months to go on tour. Now, a movie based on those live concerts is hitting theaters, just before the cast heads back to set to film the third season.

For the Gleeks out there counting down the days until the movie opens on Friday, MTV News recently caught up with the cast to get the lowdown on the concert film. In the spirit of the musical nature of the show, the movie, and even our own "Glee-caps," we had the very talented and energetic actors give us a quick recap — in song — of what "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie" is all about. (Click the embedded video for the sonic version!)

Lea Michele, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Cory Monteith, Dianna Agron, Naya Rivera, Mark Salling, Ashley Fink, Darren Criss, Heather Morris, Kevin McHale and Harry Shum, Jr. were all game. (Hint: It's a movie version of the "Glee" castmates' live concerts, with a few fan testimonials thrown in for warm, fuzzy good measure.)

Simultaneously, Shum Jr., Morris and McHale each sang a snippet of a different song featured in the movie, which made for a curiously melodic moment. Meanwhile, Agron, Monteith and Rivera offered a spot-on re-creation of an a capella interlude heard throughout the Fox show and the film. And Colfer, Riley, Michele and Ushkowitz served up a speedy verbal summary of the "story line."

"Mr. Schue! Jane Lynch!" said Ushkowitz, using very short descriptors to highlight all of the elements rolled into the 88-minute flick. She was then joined by Colfer, Riley and Michele in an entertaining, verbally bulleted hit list of the film's showstopping numbers.

" 'Don't Stop Believin'! 'Dog Days Are Over'! 'Sing'! Solos, duets, choir room, more group numbers," Michele summarized. "Amber, waaaah!" she continued, mimicking Riley's powerful vocals. " 'Encore! 'Single Ladies'."

"Embarrassment, embarrassment," Colfer added, half-performing a few of the moves from his popular version of Beyonc's hit.

" 'Safety Dance!' 'Somebody to Love' for the ten-thousandth time," the ladies continued. "And ... bow!"

Finally, Criss, Fink and Salling finished things up with a musical summary of their own.

"We went on this tour, we sang all these songs, we met all these fans and it was awesome," recited Fink, as she sat between Criss and Salling.

"It's gonna be in 3-D," Criss added in the same sing-speak tone. "You might see me and a lot of these guys."

Will you catch the "Glee" concert movie this weekend? Tell us in the comments!

Jay-Z, Kanye West, Diddy Top Forbes Hip-Hop List

Jay-Z, Kanye West, Diddy Top Forbes Hip-Hop List

Jay tops the list because he 'makes brilliant business moves but keeps putting out relevant music,' Forbes writer tells MTV News.
By Gil Kaufman

Jay-Z and Kanye West are already poised to seize the top of the charts with Watch the Throne. But before the final sales figures are even tabulated, the superstar hip-hop duo are already rap's top cops, thanks to their #1 and #3 ranking on the Forbes Hip-Hop's Top Earners list.

Entrepreneur Jigga earned the first spot with more than $37 million in earnings, just outpacing another serious multi-hyphenate, Diddy, who was no joke just behind at $35 million. It's the fourth time Jay has worn the Cash Kings crown in the past five years. Kanye was a bit further behind at #3 with a not-too-shabby $16 million.

Don't miss the premiere of Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Otis" video Thursday at 8:56 p.m. ET/PT on MTV, MTV2, mtvU, MTV.com and BET!

How did Jay do it? Partly from the earnings for his Blueprint 3 Tour, a major 10-year, $150 million deal with Live Nation, as well as his ownership stakes in the NBA's New Jersey Nets, his 40/40 club chain and the ad firm Translation. Interestingly, this also marks the first time he's outearned wife Beyonc since they married in 2008.

Zack O'Malley Greenburg, Forbes staff writer and author of the Jay-Z biography "Empire State of Mind: How Jay-Z Went From Street Corner to Corner Office," said Jay has become the "gold standard" to which hip-hop artists aspire when it comes to mixing business and music. "I'd put Diddy and Birdman up there too, but Jay is always at the top of the Cash Kings list because he makes brilliant business moves but keeps putting out relevant music," he told MTV News. "Others [on the list] are more one or the other, but he keeps doing both."

Diddy's cash came mostly from his stakes in the clothing lines Sean John and Enyce, his Bad Boy record label and marketing firm Blue Flame. In fact, only 20 percent of his earnings were from music, with the vast majority coming from his lucrative partnership with Ciroc vodka.

West, whose video with Jay for "Otis" is slated to premiere Thursday on MTV, is back in the top three for the first time since 2009, and considering that Watch The Throne hit #1 in 23 countries, it's likely he'll be in the running again next year. Even after spending much of last year in prison, Lil Wayne was tied at #4 with $15 million thanks to his relentless touring and strong album sales. He was locked up with mentor/ Cash Money boss Birdman at the #4 spot, who made major dough thanks to a roster that includes Weezy, Drake and Nicki Minaj.

Eminem was also tied at #6 with $14 million, mostly thanks to the smash 5.7 million in sales of Recovery, deals with Lipton and Chrysler, and his handful of shows with Jay in New York and Detroit, sharing the spot with his mentor, Dr. Dre, who made his scratch from producer fees and his Beats by Dre audio line.

Another Dre protg, Snoop Dogg, also came in at $14 million, thanks to sales of his Doggumentary album, endorsement deals with Metro PCS and Pepsi Max, and his guest verse on Katy Perry's "California Gurls."

Others who made the list: Akon (#9, $13 million), Ludacris, (#19, $12 million), chart newcomer Wiz Khalifa, (#11, $11 million), Drake (#11, $11 million), Pharrell (#13, $10 million), Timbaland, (#14, $7 million), Swizz Beatz (#15, $6.5 million), the first female rapper to ever make the list, Minaj (#15, $6.5 million), Rick Ross (#17, $6 million), 50 Cent (#17, $6 million), chart newbie Pitbull (#17, $6 million), T-Pain (#20, $5 million) and yet another rookie, B.o.B (#20, $5 million).

As for the rookies (with the exception of Birdman, who has long been a big earner but was reclassified from just an executive to a multi-hyphenate this year), O'Malley Greenburg said they all had unique paths to the list. While touring is typically a way for major rock and pop acts to make various Forbes earners lists, he said for hip-hop artists, it's often their non-musical side ventures that get them in the running.

Pitbull put out two albums, had a number of hit singles and toured a bit during the reporting period the list covered, but he made the bulk of his money on endorsements, including a seven-figure deal with Kodak that earned him even more endorsement gigs.

Wiz, on the other hand, hit the road hard, making half of his $11 million from playing 133 shows, where he also racked up huge merchandise sales. "He toured far more than anyone else on the list, and as his star rose during the year, you could tell he was getting more and more per gig," O'Malley Greenburg said. "But he also sells a ton of merch and has managed to sell himself as a 420 lifestyle, which you think someone else would have taken advantage of." That toking lifestyle includes Wiz-branded rolling papers and weed grinders, hoodies with zippered pockets the size of dime bags and other pot-related knickknacks that have made him Hot Topic's #1 seller.

Minaj, however, did it the old-fashioned way by becoming one of the top-selling artists in terms of album sales on the list, while B.o.B is a combination of both, with solid money from touring, a hot album and guest-appearance fees, as well as a lucrative Adidas endorsement deal.

"They're all savvy artists," he said. "The beauty of hip-hop is that you look at this list and there are no two people on there for the exact same reason. Each has a slightly different template."

The figures were tabulated with estimates made from income earned from May 2010 to May 2011 from record sales, touring, digital downloads, films, merchandise sales, endorsements, books and other entertainment ventures.

UFC 133 Medical Suspensions: Tito Ortiz, Yoshihiro Akiyama Among Seven Sidelined

UFC 133 Medical Suspensions: Tito Ortiz, Yoshihiro Akiyama Among Seven Sidelined
The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission released the UFC 133 medical suspensions on Monday, with headliner Tito Ortiz among seven fighters sidelined from Saturday night's pay-per-view event in Philadelphia. Also suspended were Yoshihiro Akiyama, Dennis Hallman, Mike Pyle, Matt Hamill, Rafael Natal, and Paul Bradley.

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission released the UFC 133 medical suspensions on Monday, with headliner Tito Ortiz among seven fighters sidelined from Saturday night’s pay-per-view event in Philadelphia.

Rafael Natal was the only fighter  to be suspended indefinitely after appearing to indicate on the broadcast that he broke his hand in his preliminary card win over Paul Bradley. The PSAC will require Natal to be cleared by specialist before lifting the suspension.

Yoshihiro Akiyama was suspended sixty days for possible head injuries after being knocked out cold by a strike to the back of the head from Vitor Belfort in the first round of the UFC 133 co-main event. Akiyama will need a neurological exam to return to competition.

Featherweight contender Chad Mendes received better news than expected from the PSAC and his doctor. Mendes believed he broke his hand against Rani Yahya on Saturday night, but was not suspended by the PSAC and Tweeted earlier that he only suffered relatively minor damage to his hand and ankle.

Dennis Hallman received a standard 45-day suspension for his TKO loss to Brian Ebersole, but had to be hospitalized on Monday with an apparent infection in his elbow. Hallman reportedly injured the elbow Thursday and had to have it drained before the fight, then Tweeted Monday that he had to be hospitalized to undergo treatment.

The full list of UFC 133 medical suspensions included:

  • Tito Ortiz: Suspended 45 days for precautionary reasons
  • Yoshihiro Akiyama: Suspended 60 days due to possible head injuries; must have a neurological exam before returning to competition
  • Dennis Hallman: Suspended 45 days for precautionary reasons
  • Mike Pyle: Suspended 45 days for precautionary reasons
  • Matt Hamill: Suspended 45 days for precautionary reasons
  • Rafael Natal: Suspended indefinitely due to a right-hand injury; must have hand cleared by a physician before returning to competition
  • Paul Bradley: Suspended for 30 days for a left-knee injury; must be cleared by a physician before returning to competition

Britney Spears, Nicki Minaj And Ke$ha 'Till The World Ends' Remix Leaks

Reworked tune features an opening verse by Minaj as Ke$ha sings atop Spears' vocals throughout the song.

Britney Spears isn't the only pop titan dancing until the world ends: Nicki Minaj and Ke$ha have joined forces to add a new spin on an all-female remix of Femme Fatale's second single, "Till the World Ends."

The reworked dance anthem, which leaked online Friday (April 22), appears to have surfaced earlier than expected as noted by a series of countdowns on all three of the stars' websites.

Mixing the dance tune's original sonic swirls with heavier bass, Britney tourmate Minaj starts off the remix by throwing down an aggressive verse, in which she calls out a female hater: "A-A-A-A-A-AYE!/ Chimpanzees is hatin', but I take it all in stride/ Put her in a jungle with bananas on the side/ Told you they'd revive your career, but somebody lied/ I ain't talkin' poultry when I say this chicken's fried."

After Minaj spits a few introductory bars, Spears delivers the song's first verse before an introduction for the all-star trio. "It's Britney, bitch. I'm Nicki Minaj and that's Ke$ha!" the Young Money MC proclaims.

Ke$ha, who originally wrote the track for the pop princess, takes part in singing the club-ready track's chorus. Spears soon takes back control of the song as Ke$ha shadows the singer's lines toward the end of the second verse and bridge. Unlike the original version, the "Till the World Ends" remix also features a stuttering dubstep dance break.

News of a star-studded collaboration was hinted earlier this week when producer Dr. Luke tweeted, "@NICKIMINAJ killed it tonight!!!! thanks!!!"

Jay-Z And Kanye West's 'Otis' Video To Premiere Thursday!

Watch the Throne clip will hit MTV, MTV2, mtvU, MTV.com and BET at 8:56 p.m. ET/PT.

Jay-Z and Kanye West will continue to keep fans watching. Three days after the monumental release of their collaborative album Watch the Throne, Hov and Yeezy will premiere the LP's first video, for "Otis," on MTV, MTV2, mtvU, MTV.com and BET on Thursday at 8:56 p.m. ET/PT.

Immediately following the premiere, the Spike Jonze-directed music video will air on MTV Jams and MTV Hits, with an encore airing on MTV2 at 11 p.m. ET/PT.

Read all about how Jay and Kanye are breaking the mold with Watch the Throne.

"Otis" captivated music fans when it premiered last month on DJ Funkmaster Flex's Hot 97 radio show in New York. The song, which samples Otis Redding's 1966 rendition of "Try a Little Tenderness," finds Jay and 'Ye rapping eight bars apiece before passing the mic back and forth several times during the track's two-minute-and-58-second run. There is no catchy chorus or melodic refrain, just the dusty record loop and hard-hitting rhymes, which made the song an instant fan favorite.

Days after the song's release, two pictures from the video's set were leaked online. One photo showed a large American flag draped over a blue wall, correlating with Givenchy designer Ricardo Tisci's cover art for the single. The second pic was of Jonze and West on set, but it ultimately revealed nothing about the clip's theme or overall feel.

What are the critics saying about Watch the Throne?

So far, the "Otis" video has been shrouded in mystery, much like the Watch the Throne album itself. Because the LP didn't leak early like most albums these days do, fans didn't get their first listen to the album until it was officially released Monday. Now they get to see WTT's first visual when the "Otis" video premieres Thursday.

In addition to the premiere, fans can check out MTV News' "RapFix Live" on Wednesday (August 10) at 4 p.m. ET on MTV.com and watch as industry experts weigh in on Watch the Throne and what to expect from the joint album's first video.

What are you expecting from the "Otis" video? Join the conversation on Twitter with the hashtag #MTVOtis.

'Hunger Games' Sequel Set For November 2013

'Hunger Games' Sequel Set For November 2013

'Catching Fire' is only movie scheduled for 2013 Thanksgiving weekend so far.
By Terri Schwartz

Get your fire extinguishers ready, because the world is going to be "Catching Fire" on November 22, 2013.

Lionsgate announced the release date for the second installment in the "Hunger Games" film series Monday (August 8), following two new stills from the first flick hitting the Web. "The Hunger Games" is still in production and is slated for a March 23, 2012, release. "Catching Fire" is the only movie slotted for the prime 2013 Thanksgiving weekend spot.

No word yet on whether "Catching Fire" will maintain Gary Ross as director or whether it will follow "The Twilight Saga" and "Harry Potter" trend of getting new directors for its four installments. But, considering "The Hunger Games" is close to wrapping, the timing of the announcement leads us to assume that Lionsgate is attempting to maintain some continuity from the first movie to the second.

The new photos from "The Hunger Games" show that the cast is well into filming. The first still shows off Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen in the middle of the titular Hunger Games. It is a familiar image from the previously released photos, but the "X-Men: First Class" star looks ready for battle with her quiver full of arrows. If you look close enough, you can even see her mockingjay pin peeking out on her jacket.

Photo number two features Josh Hutcherson as Peeta, one of the two leading men in the movie. He looks a bit worse for wear and a lot less concerned than Katniss about the fight to the death he's embroiled in. It appears that this photo takes place about halfway through the movie, after Peeta suffers a serious injury.

According to Elizabeth Banks' interview with ComingSoon.net, there's only about a month of filming left on "The Hunger Games." Banks, who plays Effie Trinket in the series, had nothing but wonderful things to say about the project. "We're really making a provocative movie that's also highly entertaining. It's gonna be fun," Banks said. "It's really great to make something that you know people are excited about and also that you know is gonna deliver. I really think the fans are gonna love it."

Check out everything we've got on "The Hunger Games."

Elaine Ee: The Singapore rat race starts at age 7

Something big happens in Singapore around this time of year.

It’s not the Great Singapore Sale, or National Day and its multiple peripheral celebrations, but for parents with a child turning seven, it’s time to join the mad rush to secure a primary school place.

Having been through this twice myself, I can personally say that the whole experience can get slightly crazy.

The process starts in July and drags for about two months. Parents are first told where on the priority list of their desired school their child falls and then given a few days to apply for a place.

'Dirty Dancing' Remake In The Works

'Dirty Dancing' Remake In The Works

'High School Musical' director Kenny Ortega will helm reboot of Patrick Swayze classic.

In 1987, Patrick Swayze famously declared, "Nobody puts Baby in a corner." Now it seems a new generation of moviegoers will get the chance to fall in love with Baby and her coming-of-age story all over again.

"High School Musical" director Kenny Ortega has announced that he will direct a remake of the classic film, which starred Swayze and Jennifer Grey. No cast has been announced, but in a statement to EW.com, Ortega said, "The opportunity to direct 'Dirty Dancing' is like returning home for me. ... Patrick Swayze set the bar for men dancing in the movies as Gene Kelly and Fred Astaire did before him. I believe everywhere you look there is evidence that the talent is out there and I can't wait to begin the process of discovering the next breakout triple-threats."

Ortega certainly has the rsum to tackle such a project. He was once attached to the "Footloose" remake before passing on that project. He was behind the "HSM" flicks, helmed "Michael Jackson's This Is It" and back in the day directed movies like "Newsies" and "Hocus Pocus."

For those unfamiliar with the story of "Dirty Dancing," it revolves around Baby (Grey) and her family, who are vacationing in New York's Catskills Mountains. The social politics of the 1960s provide the backdrop as Baby falls in love with the resort's star dancer, Johnny Castle (Swayze). The star-crossed lovers embark on a romance that includes lots of, you guessed it, dancing, dirty and otherwise. The remake will feature music of the time period.

The film's breakthrough track, "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" (performed by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes), recently got updated by the Black Eyed Peas when it was sampled for their song "The Time (Dirty Bit)."

"I think it's crazy the way the world works, because ['Dirty Dancing' star] Jennifer Grey is now on 'Dancing With the Stars,' and for some reason that song kind of meant something to us, because we kind of have had an amazing run. I mean, it just keeps going and it keeps going," Fergie explained to MTV News of the sample's significance.

"And we really feel like we have had the time of our lives together, and it's kind of weird how the world works," she continued about the funky track. "And that song reminds me of [Grey] and 'Dirty Dancing' and that whole time, so it's just, I don't know, it all fit."

UFC 133: Evans vs. Ortiz – Predictions

UFC 133: Evans vs. Ortiz – Predictions

UFC 133: Evans vs. Ortiz will if anything else prove to be one of the more diverse cards, if by default.

For those of you who have been following this UFC event, then you already know that very early on, there were to be some completely different fighters involved in this pay-per-view.

As luck – or lack thereof – would have it, the injury bug hit. As a result, the fight card changed completely.

Jon Jones was to face Rashad Evans in the main event, but an injury sidelined Jones; however, Phil Davis was to replace him for this bout. In July, Davis had to pull out because of a knee injury suffered during training. Subsequently, Tito Ortiz stepped up to the plate and will now challenge Evans in this light-heavyweight fight.

Several other fighters (Nick Pace, Jose Aldo, Riki Fukuda, Vladimir Matyushenko, Antonio Rogerio Nogueira, Rich Franklin, Rafael Natal, Alessio Sakara and Ivan Menjivar) were replaced or shuffled around on the UFC 133 fight card due to injury and/or other reasons.

Nevertheless, there is an official 11-bout event that will take place on Saturday, August 6 from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA, with the main event featuring Ortiz taking on Evans in a non-title matchup.

With that in mind, I will once again stick my neck out there and predict all eleven matchups for UFC 133; in the words of UFC play-by-play man Mike Goldberg. “Here we go!!”:

Preliminary card (FACEBOOK):

Rafael Natal vs. Paul Bradley

We’re talking about two different skill-sets here in this matchup as Natal is a BJJ specialist while Bradley, a Strikeforce and The Ultimate Fighter veteran, is a bit more well-rounded.

I would have to give the edge here to Natal as I usually will favor a BJJ artist over a fighter is good at a lot of things and not proficient in one particular fighting discipline. Suffice it to say, this bout will not last very long. Natal by submission, mid-2nd round

Mike Brown vs. Nam Phan

Without a doubt, this is an important – and arguably a must-win – fight for Brown as he has lost three of his last 4 bouts. The same could probably be said for Phan, who also has lost three of his last 4.

Brown, who fights out of American Top Team, is a wrestler/boxer/BJJ specialist while Phan is well-versed in several fighting disciplines. What I expect from this bout is a fight that should remain on the mat for however long the bout lasts.

Because of the diverse fighting styles of both fighters, I expect this one to go to the judges a sneither combatant will stand out during their 9 minutes in the Octagon. Phan by unanimous decision

Johny Hendricks vs. Mike Pierce

This welterweight fight pits a wrestler/boxer (Hendricks) against a wrestler (Pierce). And you know what that means: A stand-up bout with some bombs being traded between these two fighters.

As is usually the case with a pair of wrestlers who fight standing up exclusively, the fight ends early, which will be the case here. I like Hendricks because of his cardio and the fact that he is part of Team Takedown. Hendricks by TKO, late-1st round

Ivan Menjivar vs. Nick Pace

This fight will be unusual as this will be a catchweight (138-lb) affair. Menjivar is proficient in four disciplines (boxing/BJJ/muay thai/wrestling) while Pace tends to lean towards mat wrestling (jack of all trades and master of none).

One thing that I discovered early on is that when a fighter accepts a fight on short notice, they usually lose that bout (Charlie Brenneman being an exception). If there was such a category as “Most Boring Fight”, this one could qualify as such.

One thing that is certain is that this one will go to the judges as the crowd at the Wells Fargo Center will be unusually harsh (this is Philadelphia, after all – remember, Eagles fans booed Santa Claus at their venue). Menjivar by unanimous decision

Preliminary card (SPIKE TV):

Chad Mendes vs. Rani Yahya

Mendes is a wrestler and striker, pure simple. Yahya, on the flip side, is a BJJ specialist. In other words, two polar opposite fighting styles. What uisually happens in bouts like these is an early stoppage.

This fight should be short and sweet as Mendes will at some point of this bout bring Yahya to the ground and pound him into the mat. This one will end early. My pick for Knockout of the Night. Mendes by TKO, early-2nd round

Matt Hamill vs. Alexander Gustafsson

Don’t let Hamill’s 10-3 record fool you. He’s slayed some heavy-hitters along that path (Tim Boetsch, Mark Munoz, Keith Jardine), so that record can be a bit misleading. Gustafsson’s style of fighting is completely different than Hamill’s (boxing/Shooto/BJJ).

One thing will be discovered during this bout: Hamill’s chin will be tested early and often. Bombs will fly, yet unfortunately, this bout will go to the judges – but not because of a lack of action. Could very well be the bloodiest bout on the card. Hamill by unanimous decision

Main card

Rory MacDonald vs. Mike Pyle

You’ve gotta love a welterweight scrap that pits a well-rounded fighter (MacDonald) against a submission specialist (Pyle). This one should end early only because of the two combatants’ fighting styles. The way that MacDonald fights in the cage tends to suggest to me that this one ends as a submission victory and susequently a Submission of the Night candidate. MacDonald by submission, early-3rd round

Jorge Rivera vs. Costantinos Philippou

This one’s gonna be a slugfest, if Rivera has anything to say about it. Also keep in mind that he is 39 years old. Granted, Randy Couture won some fights at that age, but Rivera has hinted at retirement. Meanwhile, Philippou is a heavy-handed fighter, as well.

Bouts like this one where fighters are shuffled around tend to suggest that this one could go either way; but for sentimental reasons, I expect Rivera to hand Phillippou his 2nd straight UFC loss. Rivera by TKO, mid-2nd round

Dennis Hallman vs. Brian Ebersole

Both fighters have tons of experience in the cage, but this is Ebersole’s second UFC bout. Both sport nearly identical win-loss records and they’re both in their 30′s.

Having said that, Ebersole is a freestyle fighter and Hallman is a grappler. And you guessed it – this one will go to the mat. The thing is is that Ebersole wants to pound Hallman into hamburger while Hallman looks to submit whoever he’s fighting. And that mindset from these two will lend to this being a fight of attrition. Simply put, this one goes to the judges. Ebersole by unanimous decision

Vitor Belfort vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama

Can you say slugfest? After all, that’s Belfort’s calling card. Akiyama is a veteran of the MMA wars, as well. This bout, I suspect, will be like a chess match as both will feel each other out initially, then the bombs will fly. Lots and lots of bombs, to be exact.

The winner of this one will obviously be the one who has the most success connecting the fist with his opponent’s chin. In this instance, I think Belfort will be more successful. Belfort by TKO, early 2nd-round

Rashad Evans vs. Tito Ortiz

It’s pretty cut and dried: Ortiz has to win this one or he’s cut from the UFC. A career extender or ender, if you will. Evans, meanwhile, need to win this one to be a serious contender for the light-heavyweight belt.

As is the fighting styles of both suggest, both will for the most part be standing for most of the fight. One would think that one or both will be on their back(s) in this bout. That very well may happen, but I don’t see it happening. Ortiz is a tough customer despite what his recent bouts may suggest. Simply put: This one goes to the judges. Evans by unanimous decision

Well there you have it folks. Those are my picks, how about yours? Don’t be afraid to chime in and give Octagon Buzz your predictions for UFC 133.
